		<description>I&#039;m competing.  I&#039;m doing it because I want to see how much I improved upon myself from a year ago.  It&#039;s a small monetary commitment to have a damn fun 5 weeks and see where you stack up in the region, world, or our own gym.  You end up pushing just a little bit harder during these workouts and it will benefit your body and mind.  It&#039;s just a damn good time people!!</description>

I&#039;m aware that my strength and abilities may not be the same as many other athletes out there, but I know that I am in the best shape that I have ever been in my entire life, and I am damn proud of that :) This will be my first step to see where I can use improvements, and dip my toes into my first ever competition with the Verve crew!</description>
