  5. After insane work hours last couple of months, life’s curve balls, Cherie’s motivational post a few days back and just getting over my sinus infection….
    Finally registered for classes to get my de-conditioned, excuse makin butt back into the box. Zac see you at noon tomorrow and Cherie at 6:30 thurs!

    WOD mostly as Rx’d (50 DU’s instead of tuck jumps, 5 rope climbs @ 15′): 16:53
    Finished the whole workout except for the rope climbs in ~ 10:00. We need to hang some ropes in the new place.

    WOD – 21:46 I think I spent most of my time at rope climbs making sure they all counted. Have not done a chipper in a while, felt good.

    25 something….ropes sucked at the end, grippers were TIGHT! More practice on bouncer box jumps to come.
