This WOD looked fun, too bad it was my rest day.  Jackie, Jen O., K.C. and Becky rockin' out 30 thrusters for time.


 

 And then there was comic relief.

    I want to thank Zac and the 12n class Friday for letting me ‘drop-in'(visiting from Lake Tahoe, Crossfit-Avalanche). I wish I could say it was the altitude, but that WOD kicked my a**!!
