    Outside of relaxing, any advice for what an athlete should do the day before a comp?

    Drink heavily and stay out late.

    Alright Alright – Do about 30 minutes of mobility, hips & shoulders. Drink water, have your food prepared, pack all goodies the night before and get sleep.

    On another note, please don’t program “White” until Monday. I really want to do that WOD.
