Back Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

Post weights to BTWB

Great work in 2013. What’s in store for 2014?

We are coming to the close of another year and with that close comes the inevitable post about hitting goals from 2013 and setting new goals for 2014.  We have a few more days here to go for the goals we’ve put on the board at Verve for 2013.  We also need to start thinking about what our goals will be for 2014.

Most of my goals were put on hold due to my surgery, but in the next couple of days, I’m going to be trying the ones that I’m still able to attempt.

Most of you know that along with the goals board, we also have the accomplished board.  If you were unaware of said board you can simply look at the photo on today’s blog or find it to the left of the water bubbler in the corner of the gym.  Yeh I said bubbler because that’s what they are called where I come from.  The accomplished board is almost as full as the goals board.  This is due to the tremendous amount of work you all put in in 2013.  Use the accomplished board to call out your amazing accomplishments inside the gym if you haven’t yet.

For 2014 make your goals measurable and hold yourself accountable.  If you need help achieving your goals and could use some accessory work or tips please let any of the Verve trainers know how we can help.

2013 was and is a fantastic year, but lets make 2014 even better.
