The video above is one that I have posted in the past, but I think warrants a watch every so often, especially with so many new athletes at Verve. In CrossFit we use our wrists quite often, whether it’s going overhead with presses or balancing on them in muscle ups and push ups. The video above gives a few mobility drills that can be done in a short amount of time to address wrist pain in the overhead position which also translates to other exercises we perform in CrossFit.
