Squats, we love them, but sometimes they bite back because our bodies are tight in the wrong places.  This video contains some of the same mobility techniques we have done in the past but you learn the how and the why we need to hit the right positions in mobility so we can hit the right positions in our squats.  Much like training, perfect practice makes perfect!
