What to do with that Paleo Mayo???  Why not make a 100% Paleo Curry Chicken Salad!

Ingredients:
24 oz Grilled chicken breasts
2 Cups chopped celery
4 Cups of peppers (we used a mini pepper red, yellow and orange)
1.30 Cups of chopped onion
2 TBSN Curry powder
8 TBSP of Paleo mayo
Pepper to taste 

Chop chicken in a bowl.  Add all veggies.  Add all spices and mayo. Stir it up really good or you'll get a chunk of curry on your tongue.

Yum, Yum! 1 cup = 2 BLK P, 0.25 BLK C, 2BLK F.

We added carbs to complete the meal; a tomato, 0.5 cup of unsweetened apple sauce and a kiwi with 1.5cup of the chicken salad was a complete 3 BLK meal.

    I loved today’s wod. I was defiantly a mental and physical workout. I got a lot of double unders today and for the first time ever got two in a row on two different occasions. Thanks to Cherie for pushing me and telling me not to quit on myself it was very motivating.
    BTW does anyone else think that Dan looks a lot like a younger Arron Ekhart?
