20 Double unders

15 Push press 95# (65#)

10 Clapping push ups

The substitution for double unders are tuck jumps.  Start with feet shoulder width apart and lower yourself 12" so that you can explosively jump upward.  Bring your knees to your chest in a tucked position at the apex of your jump.  Keep your chest and head up and jump from the entire sole of your foot, not from the toes.
