    So 630 pm and 730 pm for sumo deadlifts…does one always do a 5 + 5 combo or does one do 20 sumos, and then the 20 high pulls? Have you bought LT threshold monitors yet for us old guys?

    Charlie, I’m not sure that’s a serious question, but if it is, the progression goes:
    Sumo deadlift, shrug, high pull, return to start.
    Also, I have no idea what a LT monitor is… lactate threshold?
    STA66, way to go! Who the heck is Curt Montgomery? Send him down to CFV!
    Wyman, sounds like you are linking the MU’s. Nice job. Next set, I’ll be sure to list a WOD that incorporates MU’s.
