Bear sequence, 95#/65#

The bear sequence is seven sets of the following movements; power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press.  The sequence must be performed in order, with no rest or regripping on the ground allowed.  The power clean may not be combined with the front squat and both movements must reach full hip extension.  The squats and push presses can be distinct movements, or combined into a thruster.
