
Our elements program is designed for the athlete that is unable to meet at the days and times of our foundations. This is a fast-track to the WOD.
This consists of four personal training sessions at $75 per session ($300 total), to get you ready. Call (720-CFV(238)-7783 or e-mail to get signed up.
The schedule for these sessions is based on your and the trainers availabiliy. Each session is one hour long and will cover: CrossFit’s 9 foundational movements, Olympic lifting basics, gymnastic basics, a workout and an assessment of your needs, goals, challenges and strengths.
