CrossFit Verve's way of showing admiration.  Jen must have done something very special.

The results of the T-shirt contest will be tallied tomorrow when the post has been up for a full 24 hours.  After watching the comments come in, I can honestly tell you I have no idea which slogan is going to be on the back of the new shirt.  Tammer definitely stirred the pot, made me laugh, and also made me seriously consider deleting some of his comments.  We definitely have some characters in our little community (Amy..).

We'd like to wish everyone the best of luck in Ft. Collins.  Go and represent CFV to the best of your abilities and HAVE FUN!  It should be a blast and a great opportunity to meet more of the CrossFit community around Colorado.  Take some pictures while you're up there, so we can share them with those not going.  Go kick some ass!

    I would like to request that Verve do a WOD I found on the main site a few days ago:
    Three rounds for time of:
    4 Handstand Pushups
    8 Chest to Bar Pullups
    12 Deadlifts (135lbs)
    16 Box Jumps (20″)
    It’s a WOD that Again Faster did in preparation for the ’09 games.
    Let’s murder people!

    For the record…this was a 5:30pm workout, not 6am. Some of us struggle all day long!! It is quite a nice photo though…my Mom will be proud.
    I have to say…love the band contraption for hand stand push-ups. There is still hope for me!
