Our Best Shape of Your Life challenge ended yesterday!  This benchmark workout serves as the marker for performance improvement to accompany your  bloodwork values, measurements, vital signs, and pictures.  Plenty of opportunities to make it in and get your WOD on today, but if for some reason you can’t make it there will be another chance later this week during open gym hours on Tuesday or Thursday from 7:30-8:30am.  Be sure to log your results and all modifications/substitutions in order to accurately compare with pre-challenge.

    How would you like points/log submitted if we did not use the spreadsheet? Do you want points adn Chelsea pre- and post- results in one email? Who should we send it to?

    Cheat? depends. does a double-stack of pancakes drowning in maple syrup and a beer for breakfast count as cheating. c’mon i’m not the only one, right? anyone?
