This week we are going to feature an abridged schedule.  Monday – Weds nothing will change but starting Thursday, Christmas Eve, we will have an abridged schedule until things return to normal on Saturday.  

Thursday, Christmas Eve, we are doing the infamous “12 Days of Christmas.”  If you’ve never done this workout, be sure and come in.  It’s a little of everything all combined into one delightful workout.  Thursday we will keep our normal early classes with the exception of the 7:30 am class which has been cancelled.  A lot of our members aren’t working Christmas Eve or are working a shorter day so we figured the 9:00 am class and the lunch time classes would be better to keep.  Also Thursday evening our last class will be at 5:00 PM.  

Friday, Christmas Day, we will have only 1 class, which will be at 10:00 am.  If you have kiddos this might be enough time to watch them open up some gifts and then be just the right time for you to sneak out and come get a workout. Also you’ll get to see me and Courtney and which is probably the best gift you receive all day.  

Saturday things are back to normal.  Regular classes starting at 9:00 and running unit Open Gym starts at 12:00.  

The following week, New Years Eve and New Years Day, will feature a similar schedule with our last class on New Years Eve at 6:00 PM.  New Years Day we will have 2 classes at 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM.  This will provide plenty of time to sleep in and allow you to take your time getting to the gym for a workout.
