    I love Christy and her work with myo fascia. I had a funky bicep from a kayaking incident. I tried a lot of different therapies. Once I got to her she helped with my recovery. She is able to explain what the body is doing to heal and gave me some great homework to keep the therapy going during the week. She will be a great speaker and able to help with some aches and pains.

    Thanks for bringing her to verve!!
