This week the Rocky Mountain Regional CrossFit Games was scheduled to be held on May 16th and 17th at Front Range CrossFit in south Denver.  For those of you that are interested in going to the 2009 CrossFit Games in Aromas, CA, you must take one of 5 top spots in the regional Games (5 for men, 5 for women).  There are only 100 comeptitor slots for men and 100 for women and you have to register on Febraury 1st.  

Even if you cannot do the workouts as prescribed, this will still be a fun time to go out and compete with fellow CrossFitters.  If you aren't interested in competing, we highly recommend coming to watch the performances, as they will certainly be inspiring.  Those interested in competing for a top 5 slot, please talk to Cherie or Matt about specific preparations for the event.

    Great Job Today! Everyone showed a lot of intensity. This workout was one of the ones you really have to just gut it out on; great job toughing it out.
    If anyone is interested there will be a running interval workout at Commons Park tomorrow night at 7:30(the same place we used to meet).
