Yep, this one is for the records.  You will be able to add your score to your logbooks after this workout, as this is one of the many benchmark workouts.  Over time, you will probably do this workout at least five times, with the hopes of increasing your rounds incrementally each attempt.  This is also a chance to add your name to the "CrossFit Verve Record Board".  Get on your horses, there are only five spots for men and five spots for women and the only rule is: it must be observed.  Go on… go for it!

Schedule change starting Wednesday morning!!!  On Wednesday, we'll be implementing new hours of operation.  Be sure to check the schedule page for changes, as you'll see them added as soon as we have a minute to do it.  We are asking everyone, including new members to schedule their appointments for the rest of the week and not just drop in.  We're sorry for the late notice, but the hours will be great!

    Great job guys! I think you both got personal records – big accomplishment! I went down a tad, but I’m super happy with my own performance. You can’t win ’em all and this one tough. Keep up the good work.
