    Didn’t sleep much last night, been thinkin about the cert all night. Stoked for it and excited to meet Coach Glassman and the team!

    Whoop!!! I’m down. Good change. Cat and I did a pool WOD yesterday. Had to given the quads a break!
    21-18-15-12-9-6-3 sit-ups with a 100m to start and in between. Steam room made it all worthwhile…

    Man. . . I’ve been wanting to QGB for a while. Balderdash. Bummed I missed it. At Station 11, did 5 rounds, 21 thrusters (75#), 21 DU’s. 10:15.
