    after tonights strength workout I take back what I said about the kettle bells earlier in the week, Kettle bells > Derek! Killer workout I’m dead! Always fun to workout with the heavy hitters like Danimal, Josh, and Jimmy. fun stuff but really tough

    I signed up for the Warriors Dash at 2 PM heat. After checking out the site, that Catherine was so kind to share with me, I’m stoked for this! It reminds me of the Endurance Course and Mud Runs that we do in the Marines but in one package.
    Are we are dressing up for this too? If so, I’m going to need some help on that, I’m not the most creative with the costumes.

    CF Verve is Everywhere!
    For my brother, Mike, who lives in Utah, and follows this site WODs to do CF on his own… Mike, the rows were 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, each followed by the 7 thrusters.
