Count your number of total reps for the whole workout!
Pull-ups get the chin over the bar and locked out at the bottom.
Double unders if you don't have them do 4 singles and 1 double under attempt and count that as two.

We have seen a lot of great changes here at Verve, here is one great example of succumbing to motivation and being dedicated to health.
 
Joylyn started with Verve in late November 2008, this is a photo of her very first WOD with us.  Then you have Joylyn now; 4 months later, 21 pounds lighter and 4 inches thinner.  Way to go Joylyn!
 
Just when you think we don't do anything with all these photos we take, they appear.
