    248 with 20# dumbells, did this at work again using my AWESOME tabata timer, best .99 cents I’ve ever spent. :) Happy Saturday!!!

    45 lb dumbell and jumping pull ups due to poor location of the pull up bar at the station. 264
    Followed up with 30 minutes on the elscalator to hell at 1 step every second. hugs kisses
