Seven rounds for time of:

3 Clean, 205# (135#)
4 Ring handstand push-ups

Use 85% of your 1RM for the cleans.  Use a strict difficult movement for the RHSPU, strict push up from toes (band can be used in hips), eleveate feet all the way to a strict HSPU as able.

    Christmas Eve Family WOD (Leesburg, VA):
    – 1.5M run (I love running at lower altitude since I’m working on it for Denver)
    – 30 pushups with various niece/nephew’s weight on my back (45-75lbs)
    – 20 front squats with same weights
    – 20 back squats with same weights
    – 10 single arm (each arm) presses with same weights but this time, squirmy weights
    – Airplane simulator with niece/nephews (not sure how to define this one but I’m sure everyone knows what I’m talking about)
    – 5 handstand practices with core work (much giggling)
