    Dear Crossfit Verve,

    You are always talking about measurable results. I just wanted to let you know that I just flipped my queen sized mattress all by myself! This may not sound like a big deal to ya’ll but as a single gal this is a mega big deal. I love clean sheets day but flipping the worlds most comfortable, yet heaviest mattress in a high tight bed frame usually means much sweating and swearing and then knocking on a neighbors door for help. But today- with just a few swears and NO SWEAT the mattress has been flipped. My pushing, pulling and lifting strength has been greatly increased. For this I thank you. Unfortunately, crossfit has not decreased my fear of spiders. When will I see measurable results in this area?

    I’ve got the Epic local too. I’ll be ready to leave from Verve after the 10am class. We’ll see where the snow is tomorrow!!

    Hi John…I need to take a rest day tomorrow. My tendonitis in my right foot is totally aggravated. It could have been the 150 box jumps today…it would be the wise thing to do. Sorry to bail, can we raincheck? Thanks and be safe, have fun.
