    Ya, i’m at the station next couple of days…what are Westside back squats?

    WS squats are simply AMRAP 5:00 of 155# back squats. You cannot rack the bar until the 5:00 is up. So if you can’t squat any more, you just stand with the bar on your back until the 5:00 is up.
