  1. Something finally clicked into place in my snatch form yesterday. Something I’ve been working on for, you know, three years or so. How do I know? Usually snatches make me sore in all the wrong places: quads, traps, biceps. After doing 12.2 last night, I woke up this morning with a little forearm soreness and my glutes and hammies sore!! Hell yeah!!! Posterier chain in effect! So happy right now.

    Nice Tiff!!! After moving around this morning I thought to myself “hmmm – you’re doing it wrong” …. my biceps are SO sore today. At least my hammies & gluteus hurt properly 😉
