Please remember that CrossFit Verve is hosting the CrossFit Kettlebell Trainer Course this weekend.  So classes on Saturday are at Berkeley Park at 9am and 10am.  We’ll have some fun and open swim following AND we’ll have the grill hot for some family fun afterward.  CrossFit Kids will also be at Berkeley Park at 12noon today!  Look for the big Verve tent near the playgrounds and Rec Center/Pool.  Don’t miss out!

Sunday’s classes will be a single class off-site at 10am only.  Come ready for some fun at Matthews/Winters Park.
