Swimming Workshops and WODs at Glenarm Rec Center

As many rounds as possible in twenty minutes:

Swim 25m and return 25m
Pool muscle-ups
Air squats
Rest 

As a team of 3 or 4, rotate between stations when athlete finishes swim station.

CrossFit Verve is hosting the CrossFit Competitor’s Course this weekend.  As such, we invite you to join us for our epic Swimming Workshops and WODs on Saturday at Glenarm Rec Center (2800 Glenarm Pl, Denver, CO 80205).  WODs at 9:30am, 10:30am, and 11:30am.  Bring yourselves, a towel, suit, and goggles and get ready to have some fun.  Free to Verve members, $10 cost for drop-ins.  Sign up on MBO.
