Please remember that we’ve worked hard to set aside all day Thursdays and Sundays at noon as times for you to give each CrossFit Open WOD your best effort.  We do our best to accommodate any of you that have any schedule conflicts that don’t allow you to complete the weekly WOD in in that timeframe.  Weekday and weekend open gym time opportunity to complete the WOD is only at the coach’s discretion and ability to adequately uphold the integrity of the Games standards.
