In teams of 3 complete:

Run 400m relay
75 Deadlifts, 135# (95#)
75 Back squats, 135# (95#)
120 feet Walking front lunges, 135# (95#) 
75 Handstand push-ups
Run 400m as a team

Teammates will act as the rack for back squats, once the bar is up should it touch the floor at all during the back squats or walking lunges, the team will incur a 15 burpee penalty per occurence.

The Verve team finished 8th after a hard-fought weekend at the SouthWest Regionals. We couldn’t be more proud of them!

Please consider joining us in supporting a great cause with the second annual Run With The Big Girls 5K Run/Walk/Crawl.  All proceeds go to Luke and Bridget Ahfield (our CrossFit family in Illinois) and the expenses they have related to intensive therapy for their daughter Jordyn.  This will help cover the therapy costs themselves and travel expenses.
