“Deck of cards”
In a team of four:
Run 400m together
Then, go through entire deck of cards performing the following movements:
Diamonds = sit ups
Clubs = burpees
Spades = air squat
Hearts = ring row
Run 400m together

*Card number equals number of reps, face cards equal 10 reps.  2 team members work at a time, alternating cards drawn with remaining 2 team members.

Following our Free Intro Class this Saturday, our next Foundations Program begins on Monday evening at 7pm.  They fill up fast and consistently so don’t miss out and have to wait to get started.  Sign up here on our schedule link, we look forward to meeting you! 

During the Foundations course we are going to want to know a little more about you. We will be conducting assessments in order to understand you, your personal goals, current health, concerns or upcoming competitions. Once we have some understanding of your needs, we can help you achieve your goals.

Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive understanding of the CrossFit program.  We’ll introduce, refine and technique and discuss range of motion requirements for all movements you’ll see in classes.  Please understand that all movements have modifications and we are happy to work with all abilities.

FYI: A road race will be running down Walnut St on Sunday.   There will be some road closings between 6am and 12pm.  Larimer St will be open, but plan on a few extra minutes for your commute.
