Today is our benefit WOD for Kevin Ogar from CrossFit Unbroken. We will be doing a workout designed by the team at CrossFit Unbroken and all money donated will go directly to Kevin’s treatment.  If you can’t make it you can make a donation at these following sites:

No drop in fees the WOD today and all your friends are invited to attend.  We will have the computers out so you can donate or you can simply give cash and we will write  submit it.  Please sign up via MBO so we can plan accordingly.  

We will also have Matt Chan apparel, CrossFit Games schwag, Noble Savage meals and Reebok shoes for raffle!  All proceeds will go to Kevin.  We will raffle a few items every hour, and you need to be there in person to collect prize. 

The CrossFit community has rallied around Kevin and we at Verve plan on doing our part as well for the long run.  Hope you all can join.

    James and I did 135#. He says it got heavy towards the end of his 8 rounds. I thought that it was the rest time during my 5.
