In bracket-style competition:
Against an opponent, complete as many reps of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
While your opponent completes:
15 Power cleans, 135# (95#)

When your opponent has completed all power cleans “switch” is called and the opponents change positions and repeat. Two rounds of power cleans are completed by each team member before scores are tallied.
After a brief rest, repeat the workout against a different opponent, where each athlete only performs one set of 15 power cleans.
After the initial round, pair the groups by 1st place or 2nd place. You may have 2 groups of two or two groups of 3… Each member only does 1 set of 15 power cleans on the second and third go round.
