Free Intro Class Saturday at 8am. Bring your friends that constantly have to listen to you talk about CrossFit, show them what it is all about. There is a new cycle of Foundations starting Monday, June 9th.

Sunday’s scheduled WODs will include a gymnastics skill day to work on pull-ups, MU, handstands, pistols, etc! Come work on moving your bodyweight more efficiently. Benchmark WOD will follow. See you there!

Rockies Game Saturday. Print off your tickets and meet us at the rooftop deck/bar for social time pre-game at 1pm. Feel free to meet at Verve and bike down with the group!

With summertime comes lots of weekend fun, so plan on seeing Swim WODs coming up this month and next, along with some Outside WODs to test your fitness outside the Verve walls. Weekends are always full, but remember you still MUST sign up on MBO! You can also expect to see more team WODs on Saturdays to enjoy the community vibe.

Kids Summer Program
Now that the kids are out for the summer, what are they going to do with all that energy? CrossFit of course! You have been bitten by the CrossFit bug, why not have your kids try it. The Kids summer program starts on Monday June 9th. The kids will be split into two groups.

CrossFit Kids, ages 3 to 7 years will meet on:
Mondays at 4 to 4:40pm|
Saturdays at 9am to 9:40am
CrossFit Kids is all about having fun and keeping the kids moving.

CrossFit Pre-teen: ages 8 to 12 years will meet on:
Wednesdays at 4 to 4:45 pm
Saturday at 11am to 11:45pm
CrossFit Pre-teens will focus on the mechanics of CrossFit and showing that they can be consistent in those mechanics.

We are also going to offer a Kids Summer Half day camp (all ages)
Dates: June 23, 25, 27
Time: 9am to 12pm
Cost: $115
Content: Camp will include skill work, workouts, games, leadership and problem solving activities, and lunch.
