What’s up at Verve?
- There is no yoga this Sunday SO we are moving the Open Re-Do time to 11:00am – 12:30pm ! We can get it done early so we can enjoy the rest of our Sunday, just sign-up on MindBody.
- You all are doing pretty darn good at getting your scores submitted, but here is your gentle reminder that they are due Monday afternoon!! 2 more weeks of the Open left:)
- Monday Open re-do time is 1:30pm to 3pm if you need to give Bar Muscle-ups another try.
