Staying warm tip:  One great way to keep your hands warm is to place them on some else's warm belly.  This can be key to preventing frost bite.

    So what happened? Are you guys trying to recruit members by beating them up? No really, ya’ll okay?

    We’re fine. We were doing wall balls and in our usual trusting way left our things by the workout area. I saw a guy looking at our stuff and then take off running. I took off through the bushes and cut him off on the sidewalk. Dan and Anthony followed and upon confronting him (and Dan chest bumping him). We couldn’t find anything on him and let him go. He started running(we should have picked up on that). We got back to our stuff and saw that Amy was missing her phone. Dan and Anthony took off after him and believe it or not caught him and retrieved Amy’s phone. All in a nights workout. Way to go team!
