What is your strength?  Some people love when "Cindy" comes out of the hopper, but call it a rest day when "Grace" pops up.  Others are the opposite.  Lets even the playing field and deliver a painful WOD for everyone.  No, you don’t need to thank us, that’s just how we roll.
