    Hey guys, hate we missed Cindy! We just got done doing a WOD at CrossFit NYC “The Black Box”. It was a good workout, fun gym, and cool people. We worked out with some great guys from Las Vegas. They were just there dropping in for a class as well! Check their site out at Sounds like they are close to the strip…if you are in Vegas sometime, look them up for a workout!
    We did 5rds of 15 snatches and a 400m run – with 3flts of stairs each rd.!. (same as the main CF WOD for the day.)
