Pick a weight that you can complete all three rounds touch and go, meaning you may not rest the barbell on the ground and you can't re-grip the bar.  You may rest overhead, in the front rack, or in the hang – but not on the floor.

    I’d like to say that I’m still amazed at Stef’s form in yesterday’s picture.
    triple extension, nice straight back, tall chest, elbows driving just barely in front of the bar, chin moving back to accomidate the bar path…
