5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

Continue as long as you can finish the assigned reptitions within 1 minute.  You may continue in AMRAP fashion after you miss a round.

    Lol or the posters from the 50’s of the FDA saying that you should eat a spoonful of lard a day!
    Today was awesome for my 1130 class. We did our WOD, “Continous Clock” of 135# C&J, which was good, I got 6 rds, 6 reps RX’d. After we did 50 modified GHD situps on 2 7-ton truck tires and then went to the rings. All 3 of us got our first MUs today! I feel like a beast now that I got one!
    Any tips on going back down into the false grip? We all were pondering this one with some trials and a whole lot of errors.

    No Weds/Fri strength WODs on the schedule? Amy just reminded me and I went to sign up but I don’t see classes beyond 6:30. Are they going to return? 🙂

    Jeff, slow on the way out of your muscle up, reverse the muscle up exactly how you got up, once you get below the dip bring your fists to your chest which sets you right back up to do a 2nd one! Good luck
