 Jared, after only a few months is linking pull-ups like butter.

I know what most of you are probably thinking, "More pullups, seriously?"  You guys are probably thinking that we just love our new pullup bar and can't get enough of it, and you might be partially right.  But really its just that the pullup is an amazing exercise.  It forces you to recruit a vast array of muscles in one coordinated effort.  It is simple and complex at the same time.  After all we are just getting our chin above the bar, but as I'm sure that we all have seen there is much more to it than that.  But don't dismay, as we continue to do more pullups we will all get better at them.  Remember weaknesses are oppurtunities for improvement.  The kip takes practice as well as trial and error.  If you are having trouble linking that kip this workout will be a great chance to continue to try and perfect it.  So if your hands are giving you a hard time let's tape 'em up and have at it.  Practice, Practice, Practice.

    Fun, huh? Well, if any of us can move after this workout, a couple of us in the 1100 are planning to go to a zone-friendly Sunday brunch afterward. The more the merrier, it’s going to be a beautiful day to be out and about!

    Hey you all! I just wanted to say what a great group of people you are. What a killer WOD today, and it was inspiring with all of you. I’ve never ripped any calluses, and even cut some down a couple days ago–and still built up enough to rip 4 today–YUCK! But the rest of the group–bloody hands and all too–were so encouraging! Thank you!
    Lunch was so fun, and thank you so much for “Pimp Daddy” Jared who made a run for much needed hand care products. My sister was so impressed with the Crossfit family…that’s what you are!

    I had so much fun at lunch with all of you! It was great to have such awesome company! I am IN LOVE with Crossfit! My hands aren’t though. And, yes, thank you Jared for promoting hand care, it was very needed. Ugh, my mom is eating a huge bowl of ice cream with chocolate sauce right next to me. How mean! I love the zone I love the zone I love the zone…

    As rx’d 31:52. This WOD killed my hands, never again will I do that many pullups without wrapping these hands. Some lessons I have to learn the hard way.
