    hahaha. Thanks guys… the convo was more like this… “umm, Cherie, am I doing push press? Cherie: yes. me:cool, so how much will i lift *thinking light bc my back sucks at life* Cherie:heavy. me: umm…..???” Joylyn or Cherie pipe in with this idea. I thought they were joking. Nope, this is legit what happened. lol… BUT, I did lift heavy AND I did NOT compromise my back when tired 🙂
