    Sunday fun days really are fun! I love the ninja obstacle course warm up stuff. I loved today WOD it was really cool comparing it to the way we did it two weeks ago in the reverse order, I got a better time today but felt as if it took a lot more out of me. Thanks Cherie for the nutrition workshop those are always helpful and I always learn new things
