CrossFit Verve Endurance is back!  Sunday Fun Runs!

Introducing a new option for those of you that want to get better at running in a group environment! We’re going to host some Sunday Fun Runs. Yes, I’m aware that most people believe strongly that two of those words don’t belong next to each other. But this is a great opportunity to expose yourself to it in the same awesome Verve setting. They will be a great way to get/stay motivated to sign up for your first road race later this spring or to even set a PR if you’re a seasoned runner. They will consist of instruction on proper pose technique as well as an awesome workout that can certainly be combined with the Sunday WOD afterward. Come join us Sunday morning at 8am with Nate coaching!  Sign up on MBO, class size is limited, dress for the weather and get ready to have some fun!

First night of Foundations is Monday evening at 7pm.  Nearly full, get on your New Year’s Resolutions and sign up!  Just give us a call and show up 5 minutes early to sign your paperwork.
