Thank you to everyone who came out to join us Saturday for our Free Intro Class, the Lift Up Luke Fundraiser, and our Pumpkin Fun!  We love our friendly Verve family.  

CrossFit Verve Foundations begins this Monday, October 21st at 7pm.  Classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings for 2 weeks from 7-8:15pm and will give you the perfect introduction to CrossFit and our coaching at Verve.  You can reserve a spot by signing up on MBO and emailing us at info@crossfitverve.com with any questions you may have.  We look forward to seeing you!
