Awesome fun at the Denver Indoor Rowing Championships Saturday!

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday for the Double Under Seminar by JumpNrope and big props to all our athletes (24 total) who competed at the Denver Indoor Rowing Championships.  We are so proud of you all, your hard work consistently pays off.  

Our Verve teams took home a gold medal and bronze medal from the team challenge and won a brand new Concept 2 rower for all of us to enjoy at Verve.  Congratulations to all of you, we really loved seeing you all leave your hearts and butts out on that floor!   Especially the 3 teams that had the privilege of doing it a second round 🙂  

Our next Foundations Program begins this Monday, February 3rd at 7pm.  Foundations runs Monday/Tuesday/Thursday evenings 7pm-8:15pm for a total of 6 small group sessions.  Cost is $150 and you get an incredible introduction to CrossFit movements, theory, and our methods of training.  Please sign up on our schedule link or email info@crossfitverve.com with any questions.

During the Foundations course we are going to want to know a little more about you.  We will be conducting assessments in order to understand you, your personal goals, current health, concerns or upcoming competitions.  Once we have some understanding of your needs, we can help you achieve your goals.  

Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive understanding of the CrossFit program. We’ll introduce, refine and technique and discuss range of motion requirements for all movements you’ll see in classes. Please understand that all movements have modifications and we are happy to work with all abilities.

    Awesome work. Way to put together an amazing Boat or Two Coach!!! I wish I could have been there to see it. But, I was stuck in 30″ of powder on Peak 6 giving my new snowboard a workout.
