    Today’s workout was suprising. I feel like I’m a pretty good judge of workouts, but this one took me by suprise. I came crashing down during the last round – complete failure during both the thrusters and pull-ups. The whole thing hit me 3 minutes after the last round. We’ll be doing this one again.
