A world upside down is more fun than a world rightside up

Words cannot express how special you, the CrossFit community have made us feel.  We posted something from the heart, which must have struck a chord with you because the outpouring of support we've received has been tremendous.  We feel truly blessed to be a part of your lives and we appreciate every prayer, wish, and sentiment that you've sent us. 

Again, THANK YOU!  Cherie was released from Lutheran on Wednesday at 8pm after receiving 3 units of blood (she was running on 2/3 of a tank).  We are home and reading every note, email, and comment and feeling really special to be a part of this community.

On another note, two events are occuring on the same day: the Regionals Practice Event at FRCF and the Imperial Challenge in Breck.  If you're interested in either of these two events, please don't hesitate to call or email us with questions.  The Regional Practice Event is NOT limited to Regional Games competitors, so all are encouraged to join us (we will not be holding classes at CrossFit Verve).  The Imperial Challenge is not a CrossFit event, it's just a badass race!

    Hi!!! Cherie your belly is so beautiful!! Just wanted to let you all know that I survived Basic military training…..it was easy, and the physical part of it was a joke. Compaired to what we do, it was really easy, and all I wanted to do was crossfit the whole time. I am now it Witcha Falls TX, and will be going to the gym on my own and and joining the verve family once again!! Yeah!!

    Wow, today was tough… I would have liked a better time (31:33), I was nervous all day about coming in for this workout, I am so glad I did! One of the hardest ones I have done…
    Congratulations Kiley! I am assuming you are in the Air Force since you are going to Wichita Falls, TX. I went through BMT there at Lackland almost 9 years ago! And still in, the Guard out at Buckley…
    Cherie and Matt, I hope all is well and I am looking forward to seeing you two before I leave…
