"The Bear"

Five rounds of:

7 reps of the sequence:

Power clean
Front squat
Push press
Back squat
Push Press

Rest between rounds as needed.  Once you have started the sequence, the barbell cannot rest on the ground – the sequence is "touch and go".  Increase the load each round to end on max weight.
