    Set two pr’s today, farthest I have ever run and longest time spent running. Before today I had only run a 15k and that was 24 years ago. My big toes hurt. 10.25 miles 1:24:58 and then 150 burpees (strange looking burpees) 1:55:07. Luckily I didn’t have a pullup bar, that would have been ugly.

    Happy Thanksgiving to all. I’m thankful I got to run in Houston at sea level!!!!

    THANKS VERVE!!! Owners, trainers and all other community members. You all are the reason i drive past several other boxes to come to Verve. I’m especially grateful to my brother-in-law for repo-ing his weights which got me to Verve for foundations and the rest as they say…is history. Here’s to another year of blood, sweat and PRs!

    Awesome workout today. Saw some amazing performances today. Fantastic resilience. Glad I finished, and glad for everyone who showed up today. I had never run more than 5 miles at once in my life. Did it twice today.

    I’d like to get signed back up at Verve and come in for a workout tomorrow, but I’m having issues with signing up for a membership on-linw and reserving a spot in the class. Could I come in at 11am tomorrow? Or noon if that one’s already full?
